autogen.sh: replace all $(libbsdiff_srcpath) and $(libglnx_srcpath)

The variable could be specified more times on the same line, having
something like:

EXTRA_DIST += ./libglnx/README $(libglnx_srcpath)/COPYING

Now the change ensures that it looks like:

EXTRA_DIST += ./libglnx/README ./libglnx/COPYING
